Wellbeing session for NQT's July 2020

      Newly Qualified Teachers Evaluation:

​

  • Farah was very engaging- allowed me to think about ways to manage my stress in work life to create a positive balance between life inside and outside of work.

​

  • Breathing exercise at the end was very useful. Excellent presentation.

​

  • Farah is just a gem. She was so warming and kind and her stress busting tips were great. I especially enjoyed doing breathing exercises and will use her tips for next year. Thanks Farah :)

  • Farah carried her session well! I loved the way we broke out into 'break rooms' that encouraged us to interact with people and also to share our experiences.

  • Thank you. It was great to have an opportunity to discuss things that could potentially make us stressed, however I think it would have been beneficial if more time was given for the discussion so that everyone got to express and speak. It was great to get some ideas about how we can support the wellbeing of pupils in the class as well as our own through activities. Overall the workshop was inspirational and had a feel-good factor to it.
